Amazing breakfast and cozy vibes!

Just spent a night here with friends and wow, what a stay! Patricia was super nice and had the house ready with everything we needed. The breakfast was all homemade and delicious—definitely a highlight! The only thing was the parking was a bit cramped. Overall, though, it was a fantastic place to chill out and enjoy time together.

It was just a prime choice for a brief retreat in Cutchogue with fantastic value. We had an event in Sag Harbor and arrived late, yet everything was perfect and ready for us. If you're stopping by, make the most of the cozy amenities available.

Couples will feel right at home

Upon arrival Patricia is more than welcoming she made us feel at home she is like the perfect hostess always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed and the breakfast in the morning was incredible all homemade with such great flavors I can still taste that fresh-baked bread

It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly it was worth it

Patricia welcomed us like family and made the most delicious homemade breakfast that I still can't stop raving about. We loved unwinding in the beautiful garden area and had a cozy time in the leisure room. The only thing I wished was that we could stay longer to enjoy all the amenities! 😊

The Hungarian beef stew was a serious game changer! Patricia is the epitome of hospitality, super welcoming and gracious. Breakfast was all homemade and simply delicious—can't stop thinking about it!

Honestly, everything shined bright, though we did wish for more time to soak in all the cozy vibes since we were in and out for an event. It's a bummer we didn't get the full experience!
